A customer satisfaction analysis meeting of January,2016 was held on March 14th in the meeting room  company. The leaders of different Dept attended themeeting, totally 17 participants present.

       The meeting was hosted by the Director of Quality Ding Rui Ying, meeting agenda is: Market Dept.reported customers' satisfaction and dissatisfaction, QC Dept forwarded the quality report for others' information. And the inner affairs Dept reported on the coorperation situation among multiple devisions. And then they had a discussion about some urging topics.

        Mr .Zhou the manager commented on each department, summarized as follows: The first aim of the Market Dept is to communicate effectively wiht customers and must follow up in time to ensure a close relationship with customers; the technical department  should pay attention to product structure optimization, thus to improve the performance .Aerospace and military products must focus on high reliability as the principle, keep perfecting the design to make pruduct with best reliability; The production department should optimize the welding process, improve the fixture, and cultivate the quality awareness of the new workers; As for the purchasing department, they must balance the cost with performace, the last thing to do is trade the performance for low cost. 

        Finally, Mr. Zhou pointed out that the main aim of this year is to take the quality of products to an unprecedented level, to ensure that, the Quality Fund has doubled.But the goal can only be achieved by every one take quality into account seriously and the each manufacturing process conducted by the book strictly.

        The analysis meeting was held from the idea of "customer and quality at first". Our slogan is  "Technology Leading, Quality winning ". All departments should strive for excellence in the future to eliminate the quality flaws , ensure best preformance of product and service.
