Rotational traditional of traditional culture of April took place in the fourth-floor multi-media hall on April 14th. In the solemn voice of the national anthem , the study program was officially started.Vice Minister of thebussiness & Law Dept Xu Ming chiared the assembly. ShuiSha the Chief of labor Union addressed a lecture about etiquette patterns in the workplace. and then 3 short films about Chinese traditional culture and quality management were played on the big screen. In the lecture of < Social etiquette in the workplace>, Chairman Shui aimed at the work place workplace by combining traditional Chinese culture and civilization etiquette and modern knowledge of clothing and demeanor. She used humorous tone to explain etiquette which attracted the audiences' attention. The listeners learned wellin her lean-back but proffesional style. And after the movies were played, trainees made discussions spontaneously. More than 200 staff participated in this training including the first connector workshop, the second cable workshop and all export workshop staff. The partners listened carefully , thought deeply and interacted actively during the training.
