Slip rings are key parts used in wind turbines pitch control system to provide electrical signals and power for blade pitch power and control. we use innovative design solutions in these components to meet the unique requirements of the wind turbine application.

Modern wind turbines require tranmission of power and signals to and from the rotating blades by a reliable rotary union assembly.  These assemblies must operate continuously in harsh environments, often in remote locations where regular maintenance and monitoring are difficult and expensive.

Contactless signal transmission

The innovative design of contactless transmission would avoid any physical contact while transmitting the signal, thus we do not worry about the wear  of it any more.

Real-time image monitoring

We have incorporated cameras inside to make it possible for us to check the slip ring  wear with just a few click.(by now the power transmission is still by ring&fiber) And there is also thermostat and vibration detective systems in the slip ring.
