At 07:04 PM , April 12^th,2017, the first Chinese internet satellite, ”Practice 13^th”was successfully launched from the XiChang Satellite Launch Center, which symbolized the new era of the satellite internet. Its communication capacity can reach 20Gbps, which surpasses the total capacity of the so far launched communication satellites. 

As the Chinese first internet satellite, the first heavy capacity communication satellite, “practice 13^th”has broadened the satellite applications to internet area. After its being put in service, the remote districts will be covered with internet, which will bring great facilities to most of our life such as business trip, tour, remote medical care, education, scientific exploration, rescue and relief work and so on.
