On the afternoon of 13th February, the regular meeting of Learn & Share was held by the tech dept at the multi-media room on the fourth floor of office building. This is one of our activities that aim to improve our management and product quality to a new level.

Han Wei has been the resident technician who is responsible for HUAWEI for 3 years, and he has helped established several projects with HUAWEI. He gave 3 pieces of advice from his own feelings and experiences. Firstly, build a trusty image, and that is the most important bond with client. Secondarily. Second, listen carefully to the client’s needs, find the exact point that matters. Thirdly, always focus on the detail, just be professional.

Lv Shuqi, Yu Changzheng shared 2 recent cases about design optimization and flaws avoiding.

They broke down the major aspects of design such as technical requirements analysis, fault detecting, performance optimization and maintenance instruction. Every one showed their appreciation to the excellent case studies.

Finally, Tech Dept Chief Mr. Zhan made a conclusion and encouraged all the technical department to do their best in coming full-loaded season.
